The hotel’s standard check-in time is at 03:00 PM (local time); and the standard check-out is at 11:00 AM (local time).
The request is strictly subject to availability of the rooms upon your arrival to our hotel. In the event that the room is not ready upon your early arrival, you may deposit your belongings with our reception team and enjoy the hotel facilities first.
The minimum check-in age is 18 years old.
Deposit taken will be an additional SGD100 nett on top of total room charges.

Smoking rooms are only available on Level 4. All other rooms on Level 5 – 16 are strictly non-smoking. The designated outdoor smoking area is located outside the hotel.

The ibis Queen Bedroom consists of one (1) Queen sized bed; the ibis Twin Bedroom consist of two (2) Single sized bed.
Both rooms may accommodate up to two (2) adults & one (1) child under 12 years. Accommodation is free for one (1) child under 12 years sharing the room in existing bedding, they also enjoy 50% discount on breakfast.
Family Room consists of Standard Room with one Queen& one Single Sweet Beds

Triple Room consists of three Single Sweet Beds

You may take taxi from the airport to the hotel as taxis are available at the arrival hall. The fare cost about SGD$20-$35 (inclusive of 19.9% taxes & service charge) .Alternatively, you can take the MRT train service (subway) to the 3 nearest train stations to our hotel from Changi Airport (CG2). Travel via subway takes approximately 29 minutes and costs $2-$6:
a. Bugis Station (EW12) along the East West Line (Green Line).
Take Exit C (Approximately 10 minutes walking distance to our hotel).
Cross the road and walk through Bugis Street Village until you see Albert Court Food Centre on your left.
Once you have passed the Food Centre, turn left and walk straight pass a Chinese & Indian Temple.
The hotel is located directly behind the temple.
b. Rochor Station (DT13) along the Downtown Line (Blue Line)
Take Exit A (Approximately 5 minutes walking distance to our hotel).
Turn right and walk down Prinsep Street.
Turn left onto the walkway once you have passed Sim Lim Square Building (and just before Burlington Square).
Cross the traffic light and make a right turn along Bencoolen Street and walk pass The Bencoolen Shopping Mall.
Keep straight until you see our hotel.
c. Bencoolen Station (DT12) along the Downtown Line (Blue Line)
Take Exit A (Approximately 5 minutes walking distance to our hotel).
Turn right and go all the way straight.
Cross the traffic light towards Fortune Centre and continue straight until you see our hotel.
