Step into the 100 Bites of Singapore campaign—an immersive and award-winning culinary experience that redefined destination dining. Recognized at The Drum Awards for Marketing 2024, this groundbreaking initiative was crafted as part of the Singapore Tourism Board’s SingaporeReimagine Marketing Program (SMP). The campaign showcased Singapore’s rich culinary heritage through a tech-enabled dining experience that brought history to life—one bite at a time.
A Fusion of Food and Technology
Hosted across four handpicked restaurants from Accor’s diverse portfolio in Singapore, 100 Bites transported diners on a journey through Singapore’s storied past and vibrant food culture. Each dining venue offered a sustainable and culturally immersive menu, inspired by local hawker traditions and the neighborhood’s unique history.
Adding a futuristic twist, diners were guided by Allie, a holographic virtual host powered by live motion capture and generative art technology. By scanning a QR code, guests accessed an augmented reality (AR) experience, where Allie narrated the historical and sustainable origins of each dish. A companion video took guests on a visual exploration of the restaurant’s surrounding neighborhood, deepening their appreciation for Singapore’s multicultural culinary influences.
